I have a suggestion, how about a rival company that got a deal of getting mets human in  a sort of fight club tv show for all the plebs to watch like a sport, which furthers the culture of meta humans being nothing but destructive and violent savages. What better way to deal with that way if thinking then to have said savages fight to the death for entertainment.
