Psychological Analysis: 
Over all, mentally stable and healthy. Donny shows a healthy amount of enthusiasm and maturity for his chosen occupation, and has an awareness of the dangers it poses. However his inexperience may change his views once he participates in more operations.

Donny is rather reticent yet curious. He seems to prefer direction attention away from himself and towards others. He claims he does this to minimize potentially embarrassing himself. That being said he is quite self-conscious to his purpose to others, and values their approval. This manifest in a in a passive personality where he would follow orders of both those above and below his station, and he often scorns himself upon making mistakes or failures. However due to his stoic nature he keeps these feelings to himself, and doesn't have many healthy ways to vent these frustrations.

However it should be noted that in more extreme situations Donny is far more empathetic. He appears to be more sociable in social settings, but also highly agitated in angry mobs. In addition to his quiet personality, Donny admits to harboring and cultivating a negative of others who displease him, and at times imagines horrible things happening to them that ideally put him in a better position because of it. While Donny has shown loyalty and honor before, he admits that the thoughts of betrayal, especially towards people he holds no favors with, has always crossed his mind. He simply chooses not to pursue these ventures for the betterment of others, even if it's detrimental to himself.

Donny is also notably imaginative, either finding unorthodox solutions or quickly understanding things that are irregular to him. That being said, this part of him is a double-edge sword; Donny has a tendency to over complicate what could be simple procedures in order to "prepare" for unexpected occurrences. His imagination, in addition to keeping his thoughts to himself, also leaves him to make potential misunderstandings due to different interpretations of intent and orders.
 
Military Record: Donny is a fresh recruit, and hardly the best of the best. He joined the Coalition's less out of any sense of patriotic duty, and only because as a failed college graduate with no family support, he had very few options if he didn't want to resort to begging and homelessness. He was fortunate to be a fairly healthy young adult male, though compared to other recruits Donny was not as physically imposing, nor did he have the experience or skills to compare. He was, all in all, quite average. So how does an average person like Donny become part of an elite group?

Simply because he was the only one left eligible for such a thing.

It was not as if Donny wasn't prepared to train and drill until he was eligible for C-MAD's more elite groups. But competition was tough; some of his fellow recruits were literally raised to become part of C-MAD, and everyone else seemed to have the raw talent to do better than Donny. But what Donny did have that helped him was a healthy imagination, and the will to survive. After surviving the grueling first month of standard training, which was tough enough that a little over half or the original recruits had failed, Donny and the other recruits were sent to a different planet for further training. However en route their vessel was attacked by UEE. The attack was coordinated and devastating; they knew how to get pass the patrols and how to counter the escorts. By all right there should have been no survivors. But Donny had other ideas.

He was able to tell, by virtue of his own training, that the attacking force were recruits themselves. They used the same tactics as Donny was taught down to the same mistakes. There were a few among them were were far more skilled and Donny knew that these were their leaders, and taking them out would cause the UEE recruits to scatter and give everyone a chance to flee. Coordinating the survivors in a last ditch effort to destroy or at least disable the UEE lead units, they eventually managed to do enough damage to cause a temporary opening in the attack. With that opportunity Donny piloted an escape shuttle with a few other survivors and escaped the battle to friendly territory. However during that battle, many of the recruits had died during the attacks, and the few survivors left were in no state to fight. Only Donny was left by virtue of taking command and coordinating the survivors instead of taking part of the battle himself.

Afterwards Donny returned to service where he was offered as a C-MAD Special Operation Commander. Donny himself was uncertain, as his training for C-MAD itself still wasn't complete, but they were aware of this. They were merely opening Donny to the opportunity to eventually become a Special Operations Commander after his training. Not one to let such a opportunity go to waste, Donny accepted. With this lucrative promotion as a viably future for himself, Donny trained harder to make himself worthy of the role. After two years of training, Donny was assigned to Team Tigres, one of the most renown squads in the Coalition.
