Yeah, she probably will come off as a bit of a bully to start with. As it says in her CS, she's probably not going to be winning any popularity contests, especially with her other siblings. She's not a nice person if you go just by appearances and her unending stream of snark and insults~

The thing is though - she's a total bro when you get down to it. She'll be the first to have your back (whilst telling you you're a goddamn idiot for needing her help, of course) and the first to get pissed for someone she cares for if something happens to them - meaning [i]any[/i] of her siblings whether she likes them or not.
