Welcome to the guild. Everyone's mostly given you what you need to know, but if you need other answers, I can try to help out. Mostly, the GM decides the rules of the RP. Just like [@NekoMizu], I personally tend to only RP using the setting of my own project, though for the time being I won't be RPing here at all it seems. I'm still usually able to talk though, when I'm not having problems with technology.
