SUBJECT : History of Meta

This is a proposal for an unusual Super Powered RP and primarily because of it's deviation from the standard Fight Club style. This RP will focus on a Group of Meta Humans who have either grown tired of combat or never had the inclination to engage in such activities.

I need some other Meta Beside Drifter to have challenged the Meta laws and restrictions
Class action Suit always fare better in such cases

Class Action Suit...hmmm....possibly a telepath/precog Meta?

Starting year of the RP is 2016 to save confusion and the world is basiclly the same
