Monodramon The little dragon had an amazing day. He spent the first half of it asleep after chasing a particularly bright Demimeramon throughout the entire night. And what a shiny Demimeramon it was! He would have lit up his little cave wonderfully. But alas he had one advantage that now plagued Monodramon's mind. Well, time to learn to fly! And then I'll be the world's greatest lightmaker! he thought as he woke up. After all, that was what his wings were for, right? Why did he not thought of this before! He was no Hopmon anymore. But how to approach this? He tried just swinging his arms up and down before and it did him little good. Maybe if he gave himself a boost? He has seen a Metalgreymon take a leap off of a cliff and dive into a glide - perhaps that was the key! Surely if such lumbering, metal titan could fly so could he. As the cliff above his cave was too high to climb and he did not want to walk around to climb the slope from the other side, the dragon mon instead looked to the nearby forest for a tall tree. Finding one he was happy with he climbed to the top - or tried to at least. One of the branches snapped under his weight and the little dragon flattened himself on the ground. "Silly tree!" she barked, taking the snapped branch and beating it against the trunk until the branch snapped. And then clawing on the trunk until the tree fell. That should teach it! Seeing no alternative other than the cliff now, he looked down on his feet. Maybe that rude piximon was right, maybe he was too chubby? Bah! What did he know! Old geezer was always running the village too hard, that was why Monodramon left - there was no time to play when he was done working and sleeping! A while later the little dragon stood on top of the cliff. The view was magnificent! He could see all over to the mountains on the horizon. Mon who didn't want to fly were insane in his opinion. It was easy too! He jsut needed to open his wings, take a running leap and- "Aaaaaaaaaaahhhh!" He was falling. His wings slowed the fall own somewhat, but it was a fall nonetheless. He braced himself to meet the unwelcoming, hard mother earth. *THUD* Hm. Mother Earth wasn't so hard. In fact, she seemed rather... fluffy? Warm too! Monodramon snuggled the fuzzy surface for a while in delight before he opened his eyes- And saw he didn't land on mother earth, but instead on some... creature. It looked somewhat like the celestial digimon, all pristine and white, but lacked the wings. She was definitely not associated with earth too. Someone's mother - maybe? What was it to him. Hopping off of the poor soul who was at the wrong place in the wrong time, Monodramon lied on his belly in fornt of the unconscious mon and poked it's nose. "Hey! Wake up!"
Katya Something poked her nose. Which was strange. She didn't have any annoying pest of a sibling that would wake her up, her father would not do that himself and none of their servants were so rude to do so. In fact, Alfred always woke her by bringing the breakfast in, the aromas of freshly baked pastry and hot beverage always doing the job for him. She could use a beverage, and an aspirin, because her head was pounding like a bag of bricks just landed on her. In fact, it did not seem like such a far fetched theory - try as she might, Katya could not remember when she got to sleep. Did that mean she was dreaming? It was in one of those movies- [sub]"Hey! Wake up!"[/sub] Какого черта? she thought at the muffled voice that called out, presumably top her. Gods her head was killing her! If this was a dream, now was the time to wake up. Perhaps she should try and open her ey- "Ewww!" She groaned as something wet, warm and rough brushed against her cheek. Did Father bring home a cat?! By gods it would be a nightmare to remove the hair form her clothes, surely not! Her eyes snapped open- And fell onto the face of what she could only describe as BIG, purple grinning lizard. Her first instinct was to scream and twitch away, so scream and move away she did, stumbling over her own two feet and breaking her fall on her arms. The throbbing in her head intensified as her brain rattled around in her skull, making her wince. "Are you okay? Sorry for landing on your head, but it'S your fault for just standing under a cliff! You're lucky I wasn't a boulder or you would be pancakes!" Katya could only stare in wonder and bewilderment. The lizard spoke. To her. In pristine English, much better than her own thick accent. "Are you all there? I did not break you did I?" да. "Oh! Yes. I am fine... Vot are you?" she asked, still a little dazed. Where was she? And why could she not remember how she got here, or what did she do for the past few hours? Was it because the lizard landed on her head? This had to be a dream. Reality couldn'T be possibly this strange. Right?
