[@Doc Doctor] I like it, the only thing I ask is that you dial it back a little with the weapons. There were so many I didn't even read them all. If you could edit your post with a modified weapons list, I will be happy to approve your CS :)

Also, this goes for anyone else that might join, after Soul makes their last CS, I will not accept anymore hitmen Character Sheets. Once Soul makes their's there will be three hitmen and that should be plenty for the RP. We could use some good cops and some people to work for the crime lords. I will probably even post a second CS for a good cop so we can have someone opposing all of the crime lords as well as the hitmen.
