I fucking loved that Anime, personally, it went deeper than dirty jokes to me and went onto what happens when you control an entire city or the world's actions, words, and even thoughts. I looked pass the dirty jokes and perverted concept to see what censorship could do to people and how it can make people ignorant. I love that anime, it fuses both dirty jokes and the what if people censored other people.
