I removed the shotgun, C4 bombs, and bigass sniper rifle from Donny's arsenal, and then highlighted the name of each item in red.

It's still a big list, I know, but half are more or less mundane tools and not (legally recognized) weapons. Donny's kind of like Batman, if Batman ditched the underwear and got serious about putting people in the ground. Since he's a known killer that has many enemies and only one life to live, the general idea is to be prepared for anything.
