Almost, almost.
She doesn't like corsets and heels that are a bit higher than usual. Flatter shoes are better to move in, don't you know? Since she has such a quick combat style, she needs to move freely. Corsets don't help either, since they can squeeze too hard on the lungs, effectively lowering the power Skyra could put into an attack.

Edit: After a bit of review, the heels are just barely okay xD
