[b]Personality:[/b] Cleo is selfish, deceiving, ruthless and cunning. Cleo lives so that she can enjoy life, and to that end, will do anything. She changes the way she acts to suit the situation, and regardless of the circumstance, remains in complete control of herself. Most of the time, she likes to stay safely on the sidelines, observing the situation from a distance until she's sure of her next course of action. Of course, that is not to say she is a coward - while not exactly what you'd call "brave", Cleo is not above taking enormous risks. She just prefers if the payoff is worth it.

More than anything however, Cleo is confident. And it's quite simply, the most effective kind of confidence. Enough for her to plow through opposition, without filling her with arrogance, and blinding her to her shortcomings. Rather than a virtue, her confidence is a [i]survival tool.[/i]

Outwardly, she's an amicable, and generally friendly. Or rather, if she sees that it's better to be friendly, she will be.

[*][b]Description:[/b] World Eater is a grotesque ability that mutates other people's abilities according to Cleo's desires. She can turn an ability to "make light" and invert it to an ability to "devour darkness" - potentially, she could modify an ability to the point where it's completely unrecognizable from the original. She can also modify a persons level of [i]control[/i] over it, essentially either letting it go berserk, or stop responding completely. Of course, while this aspect of her ability is rather dangerous, this does not make it "grotesque" - the true horror behind her ability is the fact that with every change she makes to a persons ability, she also modifies their personality. The more warped she makes an ability, the more a persons personality changes.

Her ability can only work at extremely close range - she has to practically be hugging her target - and first manifests as a black needle that protrudes from her stomach, and spears her target. The target is not physically harmed, but at this point, they are completely helpless as the needle paralyzes both body and mind. Then her shadow extends and grows, covering her, and eventually becomes a large "mouth" that devours the victim. The longer a person is "devoured" by the shadow, the more traits can be modified.

"World Eater" of course, has its limits. For one, for each trait modified by, Cleo becomes increasingly full, as though she were actually eating food. Eventually, she'll hit a limit. If she tries to force past that limit, she regurgitates every change she's made and nothing happens.

Also, similarly to eating real food, she also "digests" the changes she's made, so eventually every modification she's done will revert back to normal - the time itself is dependent on the amount of things she modified. The more she modified, the longer it will take to return to normal, and conversely, the less she modified, the shorter it takes to revert.[/list]
