Story: Gather a group to continue his old mission: to maintain the balance between the races, hunting everything that threathens this balance. Biography: Some elves believe that there are forces in this world that are strong enough to disrupt the natural order, and if not stopped, will destroy it. Agarwaen is one of those elves. Part of "The White Arrows", a group created by his parents to maintain the balance in the world, they swore to never partake in any war unless absolutely necessary. They believed that the balance between all races must be maintained. He and his parents were watching closely Sauron, fearing the actions that he was taking. When he started to menace the natural balance, they had to go to the war. They had a rule: to never directly take part in a war, unless absolutely necessary. That rule had to be revoked when the War of the last Alliance began. Sauron was too big of a threat... The alliance was enough proof. His power was big enough to make the races form such a big alliance against him. Agarwaen himself had to go to that war together with his parents due to their group's rules. Participating in every war against Sauron's hordes, Agarwaen's arrows always hit his target, and the help of The White Arrow, although subtle, was decisive to the outcome of the war. His parents died together with Isildur in the Battle of the Gladden Fields, trying to protect the ring. Agarwaen, just like his parents, didn't believed that Sauron was gone, convinced that he was a threat that needed to be put down above all else. During the beginning of the third age, Agarwaen, kept close watch to any signals of him returning, honing his skills waiting for when they were needed again. When the witch king appeared and the nazgul began to reappear, Agarwaen was one of the first to try to go against him, taking his rise and the reappearance of the nazgul as signs from Sauron's influence. Following the path that was carved for him, he kept doing this silent work, without even being recognized. All of this changed when his group got ambushed. Needless to say, some people didn't liked what they were doing. Some called them just mindless killers, worse than mercenaries. Calmly walking back to their hideout, a rain of arrows pierced his and his allies. The poison slowly started to burn their veins with an agonizing pain. Everything was burning, but strangely enough, they felt a deep cold, as they were freezing. The world got darker and everything began to fade. They didn't even saw what hit them. A couple of days later, Agarwaen wakes up inside a temple. Laying on an Stone bed, he looked around. The temple was carved inside a mountain, the noise of Hammers striking hot steel, the heat from the forges... they were dwarves. Agarwaen knew that dwarves didn't liked elves very much, and tried to get up, but his body was still weak. Just as he moved, a dwarf, wearing an angular armor, beautifully crafted, came near him and spoke to him. "We know what you do. And we are grateful by it. Not many understand the essencial work that you and your friends do." He said. Surprised, Agarwaen replied "Thank you. my name is Agarwaen, but i think you already know that. My companions... are they alive?" With a Dark expression, the dwarf looked down, shaking his head. "I'm afraid they are not. The poison was strong enough to kill a Mûmakil. I don't know how you did it, but somehow, you managed to survive." He said. Agarwaen nodded "I-i see... its sad, but they died doing what they had to do." "I like your words Elf. Dying is not something to fear or mourn. Dying is merely the completion of one's story. You must continue your job Agarwaen. I can't replace your group, but i can help you." He said. Snapping his fingers, another dwarf came and handed him a big wooden box. Walking near Agarwaen, he slowly opened it, revealing a huge reinforced longbow and two gloves, made of a sturdy material that he didn't recognize, Strong, but lightweight. "Its yours. Both marvels of Dwarves craftsmanship. Its arrows can pierce even a dragon's hide. It will take a while for you to get used to it, but after you do, it is a mighty weapon." He said, holding one of its oversized arrows. "The gloves, they were very hard to build. The materials they are made are a closely guarded secret of the dwarves. Its very hard to come by, and are even harder to work with." He said, showing them proudly. "Just be careful, their claws are... well... very, very dangerous as you may expect. Don't try to use the bow without them. You will probably lose your fingers if you do. And... well, just don't try to scratch your intimate parts with them!" Agarwaen took the gifts, and bowed, thanking the dwarf. "I thank you from the depths of my heart. How can i repay you?" He asked. "Hahaha! Stop with this bullshit! If you want to repay me, just continue doing what you do, and before leaving, make sure to drink with me!" The dwarf said, with a loud laughter. After bidding farewell to the dwarf and taking some provisions, Agarwaen started wandering, looking for people who might help him with his task. It didn't matter how strong and experienced he was, a task like that couldn't be complete by only one person. Sadly, time wasn't on his side... [/hider]
