[@Reijin Buru] Bah, I knew I was missing something with the intro post. On the surface, the bracelets do serve as a PDA of sorts, capable of sending and receiving messages while also providing mission coordinators with important bio-rhythmic data and the location of any AG wearing them. So in short, they would have received the message on both the bracelet and on their personal terminal in their room. Which reminds me... I have quite a bit of updating to do on the OOC post when I get back from class today, so look forward to that. [@Holy Soldier] I apparently missed some of your previous posts, but I am not sure where you are getting this idea that I am going to be some kind of malevolent GM that is going to cackle gleefully and deny your character's progression or "police" you. Believe me, I want this RP to fun and interesting for everyone, yourself included, but that means that he had to be toned down a bit so that he wasn't outclassing everybody by miles from start to finish. And it's also not like I'm singling you out on this, as I've had multiple people tone down their characters for the sake of a balanced RP and I will continue to make calls on everyone in order to maintain the Rule of Cool. Also, I am completely fine with him being above average in most physical attributes compared to other AGs to make up for how vanilla he will be at the start, that's why the only limitations I asked you to place on him was on his regeneration and the number of abilities he can learn. He will be fully capable of dealing with the fiends that he will face at the beginning of the game. Essentially, he is the wizard in a DnD campaign: limited at the beginning, but a versatile monster that few can compare to come late game. And while there is some shred of truth to what you say about it being indirectly up to me how strong your character gets, you need to keep in mind that it is ultimately up to you to think of new ways to combine and utilize the Abilities he learns. An untested group that has never seen real combat will not be sent against the strongest, most terrifying Fiends known to man. I don't want to spoil anything, but Xiro Zean hit the nail on the head when he said that this RP will be about growth and development, so I need you to have some patience and let believe me when I say that he will be plenty powerful when it comes time to fight a God.
