Yes. I'm sorry if I seemed rude, but my biggest pet peeve when it comes to creating a character is when they're a Mary Sue/ Gary Stu without good reason, and sometimes even then. Draco, when you first unveiled him, was leagues better than anyone on the force. Hell, if that was truly his B rank, then they might as well have sent him off to kill every Fiend and god with no backup after releasing all of the limiters.
