Though, [@knighthawk], were you gonna keep Vigilante or kill him off in favor of 'Johnny'? Unless one of our other two government sponsored people bails on us we don't need a third hero as much. Or if you want you could bring Johnny in for a mission and kill him off. I really liked his character...
