[@Gunther] yes, its primarily a military operation, authorized by NATO plus other 'allied nations' (which is code for whatever nations people want to rp characters from) but due to the situation (which will be explained once everyone's gathered together) we can say invitations would have been sent out to trustworthy former soldiers who currently operate as PMC's. Apologies for the confusion, this idea kind of came together in a hurry, and in my eagerness, I didn't really explain much
