The great bear heard a snap of a branch, interrupting his drink from the stream. He immediately looked towards the sound, not fully aware of what was coming yet. The wind was keeping the scent from reaching him, so he couldn't identify it until it came into direct sight. He stood up, his large bear head scanning through the trees. His goal was to make himself as big as possible, hoping that whatever saw him would turn tail and run. He wondered for a second if it was one of those hunter people he had met earlier, however dismissed it. They probably have moved on by now, which meant this forest was pretty much his now. Judging by the sounds of the creature approaching, it was probably something similar to a human, at least in weight and size, is what he figured. As it got closer, he let out a low growl, hopefully alerting the trespasser to his presence.

The werehyena saw the dirt wall, although it was too late to stop. He slammed head on right into it, a sickening thud radiating out from the impact. The wall crumbled and fell around the beast, a few large rocks hitting his head. He lifted himself out of the rubble and changed back into a human form. That's when he finally got clear on who the guardians of the child were. "Oh, shit" Theo said, as he recognized the man who summoned the wall. That was Issac, pretty much his boss.
