[@Masaki Haruna] Some might appear in the 1st arc, but only to get their presences acknowledged in the RP. So ATLAS could be mentioned in a post but remain irrelevant until an actual arc for the Corum Nobis organization starts. Some characters like the box guy could show up randomly, though the Box guy's case is something i'll expand upon in a PM
