It was weird.

A year.  Subjective or linear.  Of no Sans.  Hopefully subjective because there's no real evidence that Sans (or Swap Papyrus) are aware of the goings-on of other timelines.  They are good at reading their audience after all so its possible they just have a few suspicions of what the player did.  After all Sans did say not to tell the other Sanses.
