Originally I was going to just have it all from Papyrus' perspective to give him major light on how he was effected.

But then I decided to make Sans disappear from Chara's reload point. Meaning he's been gone since before the events of underswap, which changed a few things, and changed where and what Papyrus is doing. Seeing this from Chara's perspective is just to display the changes a lack of Blueberry has on the world, with Papyrus being the strawberry on top once Chara finds him.
