Magecraft: Mystic Eyes of Magic Perception - A type of Mystic Eyes unique to Haru, they allow Haru to see the world in a way others cannot. It has also been referred to as the "Eyes of the Spirits" due to him even being able to see a Servant in their Spirit Form, though some have called them the "Eyes of Gaia" due to him being able to see things that many would refer to as impossible, taking in information from the world around him in a way that many have said only those who have a direct connection to the Root can do. The only problem with the eyes is that when using methods to keep them inactive his normal eyesight is terrible, meaning the glasses he uses to stop his eyes are also there to help his eyesight. Decomposition - Rather than being a unique type of magecraft, this is the theory used to categorize all of Haru's spells, as he cannot use any but the most basic magecraft that doesn't fall under this category, and even then only with incredible difficulty. In fact he can't even use such basic magecraft as Reinforcement without great effort. After identifying the design of any magecraft, object, or even living beings. In its most basic form he can cause wounds in a similar manner to either a blade or a bullet(it depends on how he wishes to use it), dismantle objects, and remove even bounded fields and runes with ease. There are only three known spells relating to this magecraft: 
 - Mist Dispersion - A powerful spell that directly decomposes the physical structure of the target. It works on physical objects as well as living organisms. It can decompose muscles, tissue, bone, even organs into the basic molecules such as ions and the basic elements. It's described as being extremely mundane and quiet, having no sound or light emitted, and when raised to the highest level of Decomposition even easily flammable objects will not ignite. The objects dissipate into dust, transform into steam and then scatter. It doesn't travel through physical space so it isn't limited by distance or even physical objects in the way.
 - Gram Dispersion - Also known as "Magic Dissolution", this is labelled as one of the strongest spells that can counter the use of magecraft. In fact, many have referred to it as "Anti-Magecraft" due to how effective it is. Haru uses his Mystic Eyes to nearly instantly analyze a magecraft's structure then dissolves the spell into basic, useless Prana that disperses into the air. It is thought of as an extension of his Decomposition as it takes the target spell's structure and decomposes it down into raw Prana with no real structure.
 - Material Burst - The ultimate form of Haru's Decomposition magecraft. It can decompose matter into into energy. This ability goes further than breaking matter down into its constituent molecules and atoms as it directly converts matter into energy. The resulting energy is released as both electromagnetic radiation and heat that expand and destroy the enemy. Based on Einstein's formula, energy released through the decomposition of matter is the mass of the decomposed matter multiplied by the speed of light squared. Haru refuses to use this as anything but a last resort, as using it on a single, drop of water, roughly 50 milligrams, caused an explosion the equivalent to 1000 tons of TNT. A 1 kg flag that he used it on once obliterated an entire port city along with the docks and a large fleet of ships docked there, though it was luckily an old abandoned city and he was cleaning up the mess caused by a bunch of Dead Apostles.

Clairvoyance - D -  Increased visual acuity. Able to see as well 1km away as close up; mainly used to see everything about a person or persons in a room: their clothing, eye color, facial twitches, everything. 
Discernment of the Poor - A- -  Insight to see through an opponent’s character; at this rank, Assassin is able to glean fundamental information of an opponent’s character. Rank reduced due to his crippling social impairments, which may lead him to an incorrect deduction.
Eye of the Mind(True) - A+ - Through his multiple incarnations, Assassin has solved the most inexplicable crimes with the barest of clues. He is able to examine every facet of a fight, and as long as victory is not outright impossible, then he ha a better than even chance of winning.
Librarian of Stored Knowledge - B- - Assassin has knowledge of a wide variety of subjects, including herbalism, forensic science, and a dozen other subjects. Rank penalty due to lack of interest in subjects that he feels are useless.
Noble Phantasm: 
Rationality of the Mundane - EX - Anti-Concept/Anti-Unit - Through his multiple incarnations, Assassin spent his life analyzing and criticizing the logic of the world; if something confounded him, he would not rest until it was understood. This Reality Marble is the answer of one whose life was devoted to uncovering and exposing the fallacies of the world, aided by his affinity and Origin being “Logic”. It is preceded by a short aria: “The world lies bare to my eyes/Its secrets, trivialities subordinate to logic:/That which can be destroyed by the truth will be.” After the first line is spoken, he gains in depth knowledge of every object within eyesight, similar in effect to Tracing. After the second line, he gains Magic Resistance (A) for an extended amount of time. When the aria is completed and the Reality Marble activated, the surrounding area is engulfed in darkness. Rapidly, the darkness gives way to the interior of an apartment building: specifically, 221B Baker Street, Assassin's home in life. The Reality Marble enforces “logic”; that is, any object or event that violates Assassin's sense of logic is stripped of its illogicality, and rendered normal. All supernatural abilities and powers, including magecraft and Noble Phantasms, are incapable of being used, as they do not exist within Assassin's realm. Any Servants will be stripped of their supernatural abilities, and their Parameters reduced to those of a human. Assassin will always have a weapon or two lying around, including a handgun of some sort, for his own use. (Sadly it takes a fuckton of Prana to use so it can't be used freely.)
My Dear Watson - B - Support - Through his life, Assassin had a single, steadfast friend: Doctor John Watson, the man who recorded and professed his friend’s deeds to the world. This Noble Phantasm manifests as the sword cane that the good doctor had in some incarnations. When Assassin willingly gives the cane to anyone, that person becomes his new Watson. The recipient gains Disengage (A), and may survive any fatal wound once, receiving only a limp as a consequence.
