Serilda knows very little about her past, but her first vague memory places her in the southern foothills of the Anderfels.
Even her own name was not of her choosing. After a brief exchange with a traveler on the road, she misinterpreted the man's destination of Seril's Hold as her name.
Since then, she has traveled extensively following an unconscious drive to seek out people and places whose connection with the Fade is naturally strong.

Personality: 
Serilda comes across as possessing a benign madness. Although she typically subscribes to a calm, measured cheerfulness, she will frequently say or do something that blatantly defies expectations. She has demonstrated a severe lack moral sense and is often confused by common social exchanges, especially euphemisms. Her unique disposition has caused more than few egregious misunderstandings.
