In the first game, I would have said head, but since her haircut in the second game… I'm not so sure.
In Joy's case, I would like to say that she is… well-kept. The hair that she controls is from [i]all[/i] of her body, but she is able to recede it to a more… clean shaven appearance. That being said, I'll probably roll a D20 whenever Joy tries to control her power and have there be a chance of her looking like [URL=http://artinsights.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/20121128142007.jpg]Marge[/URL] at the end of the Treehouse of Horror XII episode, "Hex and the City" xD
