See... the thing is that he isn't coming across as a tough guy. He is coming off as a man who is dangerously deranged who thinks he could fight and kill everyone around him without repercussions or consequence. He honestly threatened to open fire with a heavy bolter on Khaz and his surviving peers if Khaz [i]refused[/i] a fist fight. Can you see why Khaz thinks very poorly of him?
