Red Lines are Underground Tunnels, making each island have a total of four connections.

Black Lines are district boundaries.

Brighter Yellow are Highways/Freeways and Bridges
Orangish Lines are Main Thoroughfares and Avenues.
No sense in mapping the beehive of smaller streets.

This is great, and yeah no need for smaller streets.  However the South Island, Tyre territory has three bridges and two tunnels so it actually has five compared to the other two having four.  I do like the idea of the island though being a no man's land for everyone to battle over. You could take it from Tyre if you were Chimera but have so few troops left to defend that Toxin then comes in.  It's a nice central location.
