[@shylarah]Orion awoke quite suddenly. His eyes snapped open black and red with veins trailing across his orbitals. The flesh in his hand smelled.. different, but that wasn't the scent that caught his attention. Cera was close. He could smell her, and what seemed to be a half-breed celestial. He tried to turn his head, but he was too weak. He couldn't move his arm either. With a labored breath he voiced her name again. This human wasn't going to feed him surely, but a vampire might be more inclined. He took a moment to remember what happened. Had he been able to move, he would have shuddered. Ghouls weren't supposed to be that strong, and he hadn't prepared to use more than one kagune. He had walked in blind and now look where he was. As soon as he was healed, preparations needed to be made. He drew a rather painful breath again and called out a little louder, "Cera!" He choked on the word, tried to cough and subsequently moved a little too much. A couple stitches popped, but nothing serious. When he was settled, he tried to even his breath. Even with a full stomach he had managed to get this badly injured. He would need backup next time. He barely got a whisper out the third time he called for his new friend. He wanted to sleep. He wanted to wake. He wanted to eat. All at the same time, "Cera, please."
