Light looked on as Augurey, later revealed to be Penelope, or so she figured considering the reactions she gave one of Light's classmates. Light hadn't gotten to learning everyone's name yet after all. Light was confused as to why Jasper was making cute sounds at this girl, but seeing him reminded her that he could control fire. Noting how Penelope acted and how she seemed to almost ignore Light, Light whispered to Jasper. [color=lightblue]"Hey, if you can ever get your fire going, don't hesitate to burn me loose. I can regenerate."[/color] 

Though Light figured Jasper probably would've used his fire if he could already, especially considering the mental outburst he just made (Light being a bit surprised he could use telepathy, being the showboat she thought he was, she figured he would've shown that on their meeting.), so in order to buy him some time to recover, Light asked. [color=lightblue]"So... Auguarey. I've got a question. If you seem to hate your 'sister' or Batman so much, why did you kidnap me and Jasper? From what I can tell, we have nothing to do with Batman short of saying hello to him as our principle. I mean, if I were you, I wouldn't have taken extras that could potentially be security risks. A fire fox and a reality eating monster don't really mix with baterangs."[/color]
