Rev excitedly headed for Bruce's office with his teammates and thanks to his superhuman speed he hurried there just behind the newcomer to their group who was named Ryan. He did recognize the Flash style suit that Ryan was wearing and had an idea what type of hero that he was trying to be. Rev liked Ryan's conviction and desire to save someone he cared about and it got Rev pumped up. After Bruce explained their mission and their quick little field trip to professor Xavier the leader of the X-Men, Rev was ready to go. This was going to be his first shot at being a hero and he didn't want to miss it.

His eyes were alight the burning fire of passion and determination, they were also red do his emotions affecting his heat vision capabilities. Fortunately his eyes did not release any blasts of energy and the 13 year old kept himself from breaking anything. He did however jump up and down in excitement, which caused the room to shake a bit.

"Let's go! Let's go!" he said repeatedly.

Van was a little taking off guard by Rev's sudden outburst of excitement and he wondered if they youthful powerhouse was truly ready for this first mission. Bruce's explanation of the mission made him feel good with the idea of going to get some training against mental attacks from the one and only Professor X.

"This will be an interesting adventure" Van said out loud as tried to keep a firm footing while Rev jumped up and down with excitement.
