LOL Thanks. I mean it might not be so bad, but the idea of after 20 years in the hospitality industry that I need two full 8 hour shifts to train on salad bar makes me want to put my head in the chicken broaster LOL. I am reading some of my facebook groups about wait staff and some places are like "Oh man, I only cleared $200 tonight in tips." I'm taking notes... "Where do you work? What area of the country are you in?" LOL So far CA, NYC, and the PNW seem to be the winners hahahahahaha
