[@Sep] I imagine with the situation being as tense as it is, Don and Dawn would probably be active, but you don't have to personally play them. They could always be in reserve or NPCs for characters you do control to bounce off of. 

I imagine the Reach would be part of the Legion's allies and Jaime could be an unwitting sleeper agent and switch sides and possibly switch back at some point. Ted Kord may or may not still be around also. 

[@GreenGrenade] I'm thinking of having it so that one player can be the leader of a family and other players can have PCs in that family so that we can have interactions and conflict within families as well. So you could play Ollie and another player may or may not play BC, and you could have her as an NPC or reserve PC if nobody does. 

If players come in later wanting to play a PC within a family already led by another player, perhaps they could bring it up with that family's leader. I'm trying out roleplaying as whole families in order to get a broad scope of gameplay so the idea is being fine tuned, and I'm open to suggestions and input. 

Hal would be a pretty central character in the JLU so, I'm all for someone playing him and seeing where it goes. I'm also curious where Carol and the other Lanterns would fit into the picture.
