[@Chaotic Chao] That'd be interesting but the RP itself is almost 30 years in the future, the original Roy would be well into his career and his daughter Lian would be all grown up by now. A lot of the RP is focused on the sense of shared history and legacy and that would be kind of lost if Roy was still a teen while Ollie is in middle age now. 

You could always play an OC who is part of the Arrow family or who is taken under their wing later. I'd prefer canon PCs to be aged appropriately but that isn't stopping anyone from playing a canon character's child or associate who is younger. The shorthand I had in mind is that the big guns of DC, Superman, Batman etc, started their careers in their twenties in 2013 and now they're almost thirty years older, everyone else would follow suit. 

One more player is a good enough base to start, but of course the RP will always remain open. Other players are welcome to play Legion PCs, we need more of those.
