I suppose it depends on how much I follow the comic books in terms of Don and Dawn in whether they are present in this timeline because [i]#speedsters[/i]. Wally would be one I'd definitely use, partly due to him becoming [i]the[/i] Flash but he also has an interesting twist compared to the traditional Barry Allen, in that he's slightly faster and has some abilities Barry doesn't but also lacks other abilities Barry has. 

In terms of Blue Beetle that's exactly what I was thinking, other than Speedsters I enjoy playing characters who have some form of internal struggle, and Jaime with the Scarab is a good example of that. Depending on whether or not the Reach have already had a go at him to get him under their control or not as it kinda defeats the gravitas if it's been done before, or alternatively if if I went the Blue Beetle route I could have him start as a bad guy.... Blue Beetle (Jaime) is one I'd only really go depending on what other people went as.
