[@Sep] As much as I love these stories, I think the timey-wimey hi-jinks would be better off left out at this point in the interest of not being overly convoluted and preserving our collective sanity. That's just my opinion though. 

Yeah I foresee Barry taking a step back into more of an advisory role than an active one where Wally is now the primary Flash. Out of curiosity would you make Wally black like he's been recently in tv and comics? 

Well the Reach could have been whispering in his ears all these years, so he doesn't even know he's being influenced at first. If you want an outright villainous version of Blue Beetle, there's also that Black Beetle character from the YJ tv show that was a pretty cool antagonist. Just an idea. If Ted is still around and let's just assume he is to preserve possibilities, I could see him still being a mentor figure to Jaime who might try to help him out. And of course there's always Booster who could be this Blue Beetle's partner as well.
