As our other Co-GM has said, we are indeed full at the moment. That said - a few people who created characters have yet to post ICly, and we have had someone drop out which means we likely have a few spots open. [@Sarcelle Renard] Will have to be the ultimate judge of that once his schedule is less busy though.

Additionally, as [@Xiro Zean] pointed out, please expand upon her ability and to what extent she can Control plant life, as it has a very high potential to definitely be above rank C at the moment. 

Explaining your abilities as in depth as you can is always a good idea~
