[@Lucius Cypher] - No, I haven't touched DS3 in a while because I was playing Overwatch in an attempt (*Successful, I might add!) to get the Mercy Witch Skin.

But, I do know FromSoft/Bandai Namco fucked up and released the DLC early to some people, plus different regions had different release dates and times. So, they aren't hackers if that's what you're thinking.
