[@Nightrunner] That would depend on whether or not Scarecrow is still in America at this point. If he's still stateside he could be a crime baron per usual but if he went abroad, I could see him establishing himself as a dictator. It's an interesting idea. I kind of wonder what Scarecrow's potential kids would be like too. 

Sandman and Shade are both compatible with the RP, the Endless are part of the mythos, but that's a very interesting idea. When it comes to human technology I would like things to be somewhat feasible. But maybe his goggles would be some kind of alien artifact or mystic object. 

I think we have enough interest to get started but people can jump in at any time, I should have an OOC up in two days at the latest.
