The metal deficiency was probably a miscalculation on my part. Since it's the first time I'll be adding 5 of each material Tier 1 and below, as I'd initially had 10 for each tier 2 metal and already increased those by 5. I've been deliberating it and I'll probably do it now. Even though the only depleted material is Black Steel, if anyone wants to change materials after the extra I'm adding just shout me.
