Well if it's like Red/Blue Rescue team then fine they don't have to work for Wigglytuff's guild, being that you are in a rescue team, different from an Explorer(even though explorer's also do rescue missions)

Also @BioHazard yes, i had stated in the rules you can just be an average pokemon.
