Just so everyone is clear, the Spirits Volorr creates have been specifically created to cater to the desert and its inhabitants, to keep the desert alive. They wouldn't have much effect on the lands outside of the desert unless given permission by Volorr.

Unless I'm reading your post wrong? I'm fine with you using Wiri for something, but it wouldn't act without permission from Volorr.
