it doesn't have to be a big bio, just a description of what will happen in the Arc. Example: your character is a princess of another world. its inhabitants have come to earth waging war because they think the earth kidnapped you. as along as I know the general direction of the Arc. you're good. think of the Arc as you being able to take over the RPG for a while until it is over.
