Watching her class mates try to fight Penelope was fascinating. However once Jasper commented on Pheobe's punch, Light got an idea. Find out next time on...!"[/color] Light announced, starting to act like an announcer as Penelope fought her other captives, announcing as everyone made a move on each other in dramatic fashion, moving her way slowly to the table, grabbing a large spoon to use as microphone, and adding flare whenever possible. 
Either Penelope will ignore her eventually or she'd be a great distraction, both great options. She could work with either, but from the looks of things, this was more of a cartoon in front of her eyes than anything serious.
