"And that's your fault. You keep on trying to get me out, and now look, I'm stuck helping people" Ashleigh said, yet her tone was joking, and she leaned quite companionable against Paulina as she helped her out. She was more then grateful for the chair when they get there, and she sat there a moment, resting her elbows on the table and her head in her hands, breathing in and out slowly. She sighed heavily, leaning back after a moment, glancing at them all. "I can feel you trying not to feel, Liam. You don't need to dull yourself for my sake. I'm okay" She said, deciding she might as well start this meeting, as it seemed that no one else was going to. She looked over to Aliaster, but he certainly seemed much better off then she herself did. Just what were the differences to their abilities? She tilted her head, thoughtful. She figured she was stronger, given that it was whatever she did that caused all this... "I don't know what I did. All I sought to do was sooth away the pain so it wouldn't effect me. Touch works better with my abilities, in focusing on one person. It makes my abilities stronger as well. I don't know whether it was because we share some similar abilities or what, but...It was like...like we were just bouncing the pain back and forth like a game of pong, or tennis. And that just made everything worse." She was frustrated, because she couldn't figure out just what happened, no matter how many times she played it through her head. She shifted nervously, closing her eyes. that's not mine. She wasn't sure of much, but she knew her own emotions. She drew in a deep breathh, not particulary hungry. Eating would just take too much energy right then. "How do you not lose control, Aliaster? How does it not become too much for you? My bracelet's pretty damn strong, and every day its a constant struggle to not send things flying like I did in the gym. To not send people crazy with emotions that aren't theirs" She shifted back in the chair, pulling her knees up, balancing on the chair and wrapping her arms around them. "I don't want to screw things up anymore then I already have, and I can't have the bracelet changed, for reasons I don't want to say. What did I do, Liam?" She asked softly, desperately, wanting to know. She'd spoken more then she had meant to, but once she had gotten started, she just couldn't stop. Yet she remained steady, at least for the time beaing. [@KiritoAsuna][@Themerlinhawk][@Thundercrash]
