[@Dark Light] if he's a rival it'd have to be one-sided. Lui's a nervous loser without a competitive bone in his body, and he'd have no idea what to do with a self-proclaimed rival. I can see lots of fun interactions. 

For a fan, he... also wouldn't know what to do with that. It could be cute/funny if someone followed him around with stars in their eyes. This one also has lots of potential for fun. 

But I mean you're the one who's going to be playing him so it's really whichever you prefer.
