Hello! Kind of sad that this hasn't had more people going "[i]oooh, this is a nice idea![/i]" - so, [i]oooh, this is a nice idea![/i] The broad focus of establishing the world before going down to a narrower focus on the characters that represent them sounds like a lot of fun, and the amount of freedom available by establishing your world first should allow for some very fun and creative concepts to come out.
