WIP Name: Conan Semloh Homeworld: Chrysis, the home of the Knight House Krast. He hailed from the lower echelons of the planet, trying to make themselves known by serving the resident Knights as best they could. Age: 39 Gender: Male Appearance: He is precisely 6 feet tall, possessing scraggly sideburns connecting to a mustache, and short straight black hair. His eyes are an unimpressive brown. He is of moderate build, not particularly muscular, fat or skinny. He has a skin colour of a person of European descent yet somewhat sun-kissed. He has no tattoos large scars or markings except for some long ones recieved from lashings in his early years, and a few marks from a shotgun blast to his shoulder. His teeth are divided perfectly into his left ordinary ones and his right side's plasteel prosthetics. While a few are due to teeth being lost naturally, most are there to help him disguise himself among the lower hivers. He has strong features except for a weak chin. He will often change his appearance to suit a disguise, not afraid of even facial surgery. Role: Investigator Uniform: He will rarely wear the Carapace of the Adeptus Arbites unless it's unspoken authority is required, or when massive riots require all those available. However he attached very thin plasteel sheets all over it to give it a Feudal and ceremonial look, providing very little advantages or disadvantages when brought into combat. He rarely wears his helmet even in fights, although of course with a grumble he straps it on in the presence of a sniper. Expertise: He is an excellent Detective, and while certainly aided by his "luck," he would still be very competent without it. -Latent Psyker: He has yet to discover that he is in fact a psyker, and is much less intelligent and clever than he thought he was. In combat or investigations it'll merely appear as if he is just extremely lucky for his powers have yet to show themselves. While he would not be lost without them he would certainly be nowhere near as good of an Investigator. -Convincing Negotiator: when striking deals for people to reveal information he will get good terms rarely needing a significant bribe, often getting people to believe it is for their own good. -Janitor: He leaves behind [i]no[/i] signs of Adeptus Arbites involvement after his investigations, and will get the very same informants he enlisted the aid of arrested once their use has ran out. There is no such a thing as innocence, only varying degrees of guilt, and thus can stay under disguise for a very long time even if he is not the best of actors. -Native look-alike: the nasty upbringing he had in conjunction with a bit of luck and selflessness makes him accustomed to the noxious fumes of the planet furthering his ability to disguise himself among the locals. He does as a result have a slightly raspy voice but he does not mind it. -Herald: Plays a trumpet, with a curious yet entertaining quality of the sound due to his prosthetic teeth. -Sharp shooter: can easily hit targets legs and other not essential parts to get them to stop running from him, whilst keeping them alive. Equipment: varies from one disguise to another. He rarely goes in major fights but when there are mass riots he usually is somewhere in between a supporting marksman and a front liner. -Primary Weapon: Standard Arbites shotgun albeit usually using slugs to make it an excellent medium range weapon. He will only bring it in situations he for a fact knows will involve heavy fighting. Even then he thinks it is too clunky for his use. -Secondary Weapon(s): a Voss Autopistol and Hack shotgun are his favoured combination when in the field, the voss autopistol can lay down excellent cover fire and is easy to use even while running, while the hack shotgun is a terrifying weapon to deal with people he doesn't want to. -Melee Weapon: Usually a long plasteel pipe, or some sort of mono-knife to keep incognito.
