[@Thundercrash] they're not common. Consider them to be a genetic mutation. It gets passed down and tears is head occasionally. Like one in every 10000 people have them. There's about 500000 in Logaris, and another 500000 across the other three nations. So of the million people there's about 100 people with powers besides the Gods. A few work for Cacus, he has one that has the power to detect other powers, which is how he tracks down people.
