Ah well.

The thing about Ro is that she isn't really prone to swooping down just anywhere. The Wings of Faith have a unique presence in Loom, and now I realize it's a good idea to flesh it out right now. XD Not just anyone can summon Ro, and she isn't a typical vigilante for the reasons I'll explain when I have a moment to write about TWoF.
