Um [@balthazar007] hasn't specified much on joint creation, but if you're that set on making this location I'd be happy to collab with you and just pay full cost haha--have too many CP as is 0_0 I'd want to tailor a few things though, and we can discuss that over PM. 

First let's ask Balth about joint creation though--that's something I think people, especially when just starting out, will be very interested in (I was at one point haha).
