I still haven't seen you actually appear on my friend's list on the phone (you've appeared on the PC, but not the phone; I only use the phone for voice chat), but if we can get it up and working properly you're free to talk to me using it whenever you like. Pretty much anyone here is allowed to if they're my friend. As for what you meant about spamming, I'm not sure I understand the question; it's voice chat so how would people spam...?
