*sighs* Tobias is one of the older demons up here. He's a deal-making demon who pretty much plays on human nature to add souls to hell. He also has a bit of a gambling problem, not like out soul-eater who will not be named, but he does owe Billie quite a bit of money and he owes her something else... fuck.... I can't even remember.
